DAN-FORM takes the protection of personal information about the users of our website and the security around personal information very seriously.

DAN-FORM controls the handling of personal data in compliance with Danish law.

Your personal information will only be used to send out marketing material when you have explicitly given your prior consent, unless the law states specific circumstances under which we are allowed to contact you without having your consent.

Who do we share personal information with

Our website is hosted by an external partner, who processes the data on behalf of us and as instructed by us.

We will never sell or pass on your information to any third party unless DAN-FORM undergoes a re-organisation or a complete or partial sale of the company, in which case all transmissions of data shall be conducted in accordance with the Danish Act of Processing of Personal Data.

Your information may also be processed by our business partners in connection with the administration of payment collection, marketing, and transport operators for use in delivering goods. Our marketing partner’s servers are located in third-party countries.

In addition, your personal information may be passed on to our payment service provider Teller. Teller is responsible for secure handling of payment information.

Finally, under specific circumstances and in accordance with legislation, DAN-FORM may have to disclose information to public authorities, including judicial authorities. As an example, information may be passed on to the police in the event of suspected fraud.

Processing only relevant and necessary personal information

We will only process information about you that is relevant and adequate for the purposes defined above. The type of information about you that is relevant for us is determined by the purpose.

We only collect, process and store personal information that is necessary to achieve our purposes as per above. Personal data that we collect may be collected due to legal obligations.

Checking and updating your personal information

We ensure that your personal information is checked and is not incorrect or misleading.

Please notify us of any changes to your personal information.

Deleting your personal information when no longer needed

When your personal information is no longer relevant for the purpose that we had for collecting, processing and storing your data, we will delete it. However, the information can be processed and stored for longer in an anonymized form.
As per legal requirements in the Danish law to store transaction information for 5 years after a purchase, DAN-FORM will store personal information pertaining to your transaction for 5 years. After this, your personal data will be deleted.

Withdrawal of consent

At any point in time, you can choose to revoke your consent, for example to unsubscribe from our newsletters.
If you choose to revoke your consent, DAN-FORM shall delete any related personal information, unless used for processing it for other purposes (such as orders).
