Terms & Conditions of Sale
By purchasing any product offered by DAN-FORM A/S (in the below mentioned as DAN-FORM) through our website www.dan-form.com or offline, you agree to these terms and conditions of sale.
PLEASE NOTE: Only registered companies (B2B) can purchase through www.dan-form.com. Your company will have an individual agreement, which the website will reflect once logged in.
Purchasing online in the webshop
You can order 24 hours a day at www.dan-form.com.
When you place an order online you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of the order, and once processed you will receive a confirmation including prices and delivery time. If you place an order outside our working hours, your final confirmation will be sent the following workday.
Please note that only the order confirmation sent by us including prices and delivery time is binding.
(Orders are processed Monday to Thursday from 8-16 CET and Friday from 8-15 CET.)
To place an order on the website, please log in first.
Choose the products you would like to order and add them to your cart.
The prices shown will be unique to your account with DAN-FORM.
Complete your delivery information if different from the saved address, and send the order.
Please note: Your invoice address will be the address we have registered in our system.
Should you have changes to your invoicing details, please send an email to email@example.com with your changes. The changes will be verified through our credit control department before reflected in the webshop.
Pricing, Fees & Delivery Costs
Prices are only shown after login.
In the DAN-FORM webshop all prices are stated in the currency allocated to your account.
Products sold may be subject to applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout.
Delivery costs are depending on your account agreement. If you pay freight, the charges are added to the total amount of the order should the order not be above the free freight threshold.
Our standard freight charges are:
DKK 400 net
EUR 125 net
GBP 135 net
In addition, for deliveries to a hard to reach area where our carriers large trucks cannot be accommodated, an Impassable Road Fee will be charged.
The Impassable Road Fee amounts to the following:
Extra charges may be added for delivery to islands. Please contact us if you have questions about delivery to your location.
We sell in original box quantities only. Please refer to the information about how many items are in the box, either in offline price lists or on the online product pages.
Customs fees UK & Switzerland:
For the UK and Switzerland a customs fee is added to each order.
The customs handling fee is:
Additional, temporary, Brexit fee:
For all orders to the UK and Ireland, an additional temporary Brexit fee will be charged to each order.
As this fee is imposed by our freight forwarders, DAN-FORM will of course inform UK and IE customers as soon as this no longer applies.

In case of a pricing error or omission:
Occasionally there may be an error or omission related to the pricing or description of our products online. We will use reasonable efforts to correct any errors or omissions as soon as we find out about them. We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute, suspend or remove without notice any information related to items for sale.
If we made an error or omission and you have already placed an order for the specific product:
- if the actual price of the product is less than the stated price at the time of purchase, we will charge you the lower price; or
- if the actual price of the product is higher than the stated price, we will contact you and allow you the option to pay the correct (higher) price or cancel your order.
Customers with credit:
For online orders, you have the choice of paying via credit card or invoice.
For offline orders, you can pay only via invoice.
All invoices are settled through bank transfers.
For credit card orders we reserve the amount on your chosen credit card when you place your order, and the full amount is withdrawn when the products are shipped from our warehouse.
We do not add credit card fees to your order.
Customers on prepayment terms:
Prepayment customers can pay by bank transfers for offline orders. Please note that goods are not reserved in stock until payment is received.
For online orders, prepayment customers must pay with credit card. The amount is withdrawn from your account when the order is confirmed.

In connection with the shipment of your order, you will receive your invoice by e-mail.
DAN-FORM offers delivery throughout Western Europe, including;
Denmark, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, England, Ireland, Scotland, France, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, Spain, Portugal, Greece.
(Note: excluding Iceland, Greenland and Faroe Islands)
We also offer delivery in some countries outside Western Europe:
Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovenia.
Where we do not offer delivery, you have the option to purchase EX-Works and arrange for pickup by your carrier at our warehouse: Niels Bohrs Vej 37, 8660 Skanderborg, Denmark.
There may be countries where freight charges must be quoted separately, and therefore cannot be accommodated for by online ordering.
Please note that on online orders you can only add a delivery address in the same country as your invoice address. For any other orders, please contact us.
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible and the estimated time of shipment is shown on the product page, the shopping basket and the order confirmation.
The delivery time after shipment depends on the country we are shipping to and the form of transport, and it spans from 3-15 working days. Please contact our Sales Support for more exact details for your country.
Please note that your order is sent in one shipment unless there is more than 3 weeks between possible shipment dates of your order lines.
If your order contains products with different delivery times, for example due to back orders, you can choose to have your order split into two deliveries. We will group your order lines together for one early shipment and one shipment for the remaining goods. The exact shipment dates will be confirmed in the order confirmation once the order has been processed.
We will keep you updated should any delays occur in the production which impacts delivery to you.
Where the products ordered are in stock, the goods will be picked up by the carrier the following week.
All goods delivered must be signed for at delivery. It is important that you check the delivery to make sure you have received the products you ordered and that there are no visible damages.
In case the packaging is damaged, remember to sign for receipt with reservations of potential damages to the products or refrain from receiving the delivery and ask the carrier to return the delivery to DAN-FORM.

Order cancellations can only be accepted with a written agreement and confirmation from DAN-FORM, and only if the order has not yet been dispatched.
Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact our sales support as quickly as possible.
Returns & Complaints
DAN-FORM offers a product return if the product is faulty. Please contact us with information about your product and order, and we will arrange for a new product to be sent to you.
All returns and complaints must be in writing and sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Documentation in the form of photos must be supplied.
Please include the following information:
- Your order number (starts with OC) or your invoice number (starts with CI)
- A PO number from the label underneath the furniture.
This will enable us to track the item back through production.
- A description of the faulty item - what exactly is the issue.
Please include the number of items you have a claim for, and which model from your order it is concerning.
- Photos of the issue.
Besides from faulty items DAN-FORM does not accept returns.
Should you wish to return your order due to special circumstances, please contact us.
We make reservations to wrong prices, typing errors, out of stock products and force majeure including failure in delivery from our suppliers.
Even though we have put in a great effort to indicate colors and quality as accurate as possible, your computer's colours and screen resolution might differ from ours. We cannot guarantee that your computer can reproduce the colours accurately. If you are in doubt about colour or quality please visit one of our partners to see the product live.
